Being in Dubai for 30 years has helped me learn one thing.

Investing in this place in everyway is always a 10x return idea and anyone can do it.

30 years ago, Dubai was truly a desert. In a way that is really difficult to imagine. In fact, there was a point where we only had a few buildings on the entire Sheikh Zayed Road which in 2024 has over 300 buildings. Most of which are skyscrapers!

Let me repeat please. From 5-10 buildings to over 300. That is almost a 15,000% on just one main highway.

So what exactly is that almost guaranteed 10x return that anyone can get in Dubai?

Are you going to talk about startups again?!

No, because there is one thing you should do before you start venture investing into startups.

And that thing is being part of the Dubai real estate market.

And the truly profitable way to do this is through off-plan investing. Because off-plan investing helps you take a chance on growth. It helps you actually be part of Dubai's infrastructure growth!

You see, everyone thinks the real estate game is some normal kind of investing that isn't too profitable. And unfortunately they group off-plan investing in the same category.

But off-plan investing allows for 10-50% growth. That is because you are banking on being part of new infrastructure.

So lets do some math. If Dubai's infrastructure grew by %15,000 in 30 years. And you are part of the next 30 years. It's almost definite that you will get 1-5x returns and there is a great chance you will even reach that 10x investment if you keep it for the next generation (Your kids).

This is what i tell any new serious business people coming to Dubai. If you don't have any investments yet in this place. Do what i did and own some real estate through off-plan investing so that you secure that you will have a healthy net worth.

And only then do you start investing into startups and playing the game of private equity/venture capital.

Most people who meet me know how much i love Dubai. How safe it is, how much value you can get for your money, and how internationally acceptable it is.

And when i was young my father used to say to me "No matter what happens in the economy, Dubai will always be attractive".

And what he meant was, no matter how the world shifts. People will always want to come and visit/live in Dubai. And that makes it a safe place to invest in.
