Here are the two steps:
1. The effects of compounding focus are underestimated and building them is the first step to millions.
Ever heard the following saying? "We overestimate what we can do in a year and underestimate what we can do in a decade"
This is one of the most accurate statements i ever discovered about modern day entrepreneurship.
We tend to think that if we don't reach some unachievable goal in 1 year or 6 months. We need to change the entire goal.
This is exactly what is destroying your progress. Learn to say NO to everything and remain in something for more than 1 year and instead of abandoning it every time you don't hit your milestone, learn to pivot and change the plan rather than the goal.
If you do this, you will 100% start gaining results and building momentum. No matter what line of business you are in. There is more than enough money in it.
So pick one service industry (marketing agency, accounting, consulting for startups...etc). Start a website & a LinkedIn account and then apply step number 2.
2. Learn to be the master of lead generation.
Just because it involves tech and is boring. People tend to shy away from being lead generation experts. Instead they try to be marketing experts and sales experts because it sounds cooler.
If you are good at lead generation, then you can truly sell anything to anyone. Because your target audience will be defined and your products and services will be niched! (That's right I just created a new word)
Higher quality leads = High quality conversions for marketing and sales.
Spend half of every single day getting leads from LinkedIn (messaging people asking for their emails and phone numbers so you can sell them your services). Make this a rule and in 3 months you will become an expert and have the confidence to be a true money making entrepreneur.
3. Create an offer for your service and sell it to those leads.
Once you have step 1 and 2 down. You simple need to create an offer.
How do you create an offer?
You simply have to research similar companies to the one you want to start. And look at the kind of services they offer. Once you have the offer, you need to sell to your leads.
