People tend to forget that closing an investment deal is just like closing a sale. It requires identifying the investor's problem and then providing value. And the problem Investors have is that they have limited options to achieve a 50x or 100x return or to be part of something truly special. Typically, they go for real estate, stocks, hedge funds, or maybe a bit of crypto for higher risk to get a higher return. But venture capital and private equity are the only realistic, calculated ways for investors to make 100x returns. Think of Uber, Airbnb, Apple, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Facebook..etc.
